Water work

One of the aspects we like the most about retrieving is water! Indi loves to retrieve in the water, and actually I never had to teach him to do so. He is not really interested in water/swimming in general, but as soon as he sees somenthing in the water, even a tiny small leaf, he MUST go retrieving.

Last year we joined a water work workshop for beginners (few pictures on my Picasa account), and I hope to have the time to do the intermediate workshop this year. Otherwise, water retrieving is part of our weekly retrieving class. What we are working on right now is going into the water when the dummy is on the opposite bank, and not only when it's in the water!
